While Carole and her daughter were doing some spring cleaning, they came across some polymer clay and unlike the paints the clay was still pliable. Well needless to say, not much cleaning got done after that! Her daughter made a little purple dragon and Carole
made a little duck.
That was in 2010 and Carole has been hooked ever since!
Carole loves all the style variations that you can achieve with polymer clay: but her true love and most creative is the Steampunk style.
Carole pieces have been in several issues of Just Steampunk magazine.
Carole has also written several Step by step tutorials for Polymer Café since 2012 – as well as a Muse Corner Article for The Polymer Arts magazine in 2015.
Carole has been named one of the Design team members clay for Makin’s Clay® in 2015 she worked with Sculpey as well as a design squad member in 2014.
She looks forward to the opportunity to try ALL the great clay products and tools that that are out there.
Carole is a member of the Southern Connecticut Polymer Clay guild as well as a member of the Polymer Clay Artist Guild of Etsy and a proud new member of the International Polymer Clay Guild.
Carole was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) in 2003.She found that the clay was great occupational therapy for helping her with muscle cramps in her hands.
What’s not to love it is FUN!
