One of my favorite movies is Chitty Chitty Bang Bang so you can see that influence in my retractable wings.
This is a hollow form made with Makin’s Clay and accented with
Viva Décor Inka gold metal paste.
I can see a fleet of these coming soon!
Valentines day is right around the corner!!
For me it is January the 21st !!
Because MY love is sooo special it needs it’s very own day!! aawweee
(well actually it is because 13 yrs ago we moved it to this day)
My Hubby was training for 6 weeks very far away he would be gone all of February and most of March.
It is perfect for us since we don’t exchange gifts we go out to a REALLY nice dinner.
One year we had Brunch at Tavern on the Green in NYC!
My love needs no magic bottle but it was fun to make and it was fun to EMPTY
this pretty bottle of booze!

Happy Valentines Day whenever and how ever you celebrate it!
I have had soo much fun this last year working with Makin’s Clay as a design team member! This is a project I have been trying to perfect for some time now. It really shows off how flexible Makin’s clay REALLY is after it is cured. This piece has no SUBSTRUCTURE it is only Makin’s Clay and my beloved Swellegant for the finish!
Here are some pics of the ball as well as the plain white prototype ball from white clay. I think the plain white ball will be great for a 3 D Zentangle piece to doodle on!!!!
This is currently my new OBSESSION!!
I’m sure exploring the possibilities of this design will keep me busy for quite some time!
